If you don't know the basic philosophical underpinnings of the parties platforms, please don't vote.
Anybody else have a suggestion as to who should not vote?

You shouldn't vote because voting is an illusory political power.
Ha ha - good video. :P Did you see the one where Obama got the number of US states wrong? And what does that say...?
You may think this extreme, but I think that only land/property owners and heads of households should have a right to vote. And yes, I vote so that my husband can have a whole vote instead of what I consider, just a half a vote.
