Have you ever heard of a hog roast roll? Yesterday I had lunch at Oink and enjoyed my very first hog roast experience. You can see a picture of the store front in this article -- just scroll down a bit and look for the large pig in the storefront. Notice, the entire roasted pig is in the window. And it's not just for looks -- your sandwich will be pulled off that very porker, placed in a roll, and served with apple/sage stuffing or chili chutney. Yum!
